The Company, as Data Controller, is committed to protecting your personal information and to being transparent about the information we are collecting about you and what we do with it. When submitting an application for a position at the Company you are providing your personal details including but not limited to: your name, contact details, email address, and Curriculum Vitae (CV), and we will hold, use and process that personal data in order to:

3. Match your details with job vacancies within Company;
4. Improve our recruitment processes and activities administration;
5. Perform psychometric test (if and when required);

Furthermore, by signing this document you agree to our Company receiving recommendation letters from your prior employers for the foregoing purposes.
Your personal data will be accessible to the personnel responsible for the execution and management of your application. We may also share your information with third party providers we use to better provide our recruitment services. We guarantee that these third party providers comply with similar undertakings of privacy and confidentiality requirements imposed by the Company.
Our Company implements appropriate technical and organizational safety measures to ensure the security and processing of data held in accordance with the applicable Data Protection Laws and this Form. The Company in principle maintains the personal data of its candidates within the European Economic Area. The Company may only use the services of third - party processors that reside in a third country, only if they provide adequate safeguards to comply with the level of personal data protection within the European Union and if there is a prior written commitment through the standard contractual model clauses, approved by the European Commission. We may also disclose personal information to regulatory or law enforcement agencies if they require us to do so.
Your personal data will be deleted from our recruitment systems after two (2) years from the date of submission of your personal data.
Subject to the applicable law you have the right to access, correction, rectification, deletion, portability and to object in relation to the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint before Data Protection Authority. You may at any time recall your consent to the above.
